Great Rules to Get Rid of Gastric Problems
- Take half an inch of raw ginger. Then add a little salt and eat it. After eating ginger, drink one cup of hot water. Deep night will no longer be a problem for gastric.
- Take a glass of water in a bone and place it in the oven. Before this, give one inch of raw yellow water. Let the water boil for at least five minutes. Then bring it down. When the water is cold, eat it with turmeric. The gastric will run away.
